- Those tiny-but-relentless friction points?
- That’s gold. That’s your entry point for change.
→ Now — sketch the flow
- Draw arrows. Move pieces. See how it should move.
- You’ll spot gaps, overlaps, and duplication instantly.
Why this matters
Because until your workflows are clear, every new tool, hire, or strategy you bring in is making it more complicated.
This is fixable. And once it’s fixed, the door swings wide open to:
